   I own two Sharks. This and a cordless one for quick cleaning. This Navigator has more than enough suction power for everyday normal use. I don't have any pets so this one works for me. I have a friend with some mega expensive Dyson. Honestly I don't see how his vacuum is any better. Not for just normal use anyhow. And certainly not for the price Dysons go for. My only complaint about this vacuum cleaner is that Shark doesn't give you a soft bristle brush attachment. Just the stubby crevice nozzle and an upholstery one. But again. For normal use ( and for sucking air out of compression bags ), this vacuum is plenty strong.

   I have used Shark vacuums at my last job and liked them, so when my 12 year old vacuum finally fell apart I broke down and ordered one. Easy to assemble while sitting at the dining room table reading the instructions. No tools required. I used it on the small section of hallway in my home. Good suction. Used the crevice tool and hose to get along the baseboards. Also used it on the air intake for HVAC. Carpet looks great. Collected alot of dirt, dust, hair and cobwebs. Love the way it moves with the swivel head. It has a very long cord. Love the way it empties! 2 latches and I took just the collection container out on the balcony with the trashcan. Pressed one button and the bottom flipped open, emptying. All of the one star reviews, I chalk up to user error.
   This is just day one but I am very happy with my Shark vacuum.

   We have a German Sheperd and a Lab. So our house is always needing vacuumed.
   We typically buy cheap vacuums knowing they are going to get ruined from all the dog hair and dirt they drag in. This time around we decided to splurge and bought this vacuum.
   Immediately the suction was INCREDIBLE, we are talking crisp lines in the carpet. When my husband went to empty the canister, I was APPALLED at what we were living with lol
   I noticed a difference in the small right away too.
   It's not super heavy (I can lift it over a baby gate) and the filter is washable.
   Due to my husband allergies, this vacuum is gonna be a life changer!

   Happy to have gotten a deal for this on prime day, I'd pay full price for one again. Was looking for an upgrade and this was it. Suction is very powerful and I love all the filters it comes with to trap dust. I have allergies so this is very helpful
   
   Hose is very durable and it's pretty easy to lift and move around with. I vacuumed my car with it and it was a bit of a challenge but it got up lots of debris. It's very easy to put together and use.
   
   I do wish it came with more attachments, something rubber to trap pet hair. No complaints here though!

   I had one of those Homeika Dyson dupes from tik tok, which might be fine for a small apartment but just wasn’t cutting it for my two story home. This thing was so easy to assemble out of the box- and super powerful! It filled up immediately after finishing both floors (I have cats) pretty easy to remove all the hair and dust from the chamber which was a big problem with my last vacuum. The only thing is it’s pretty big, but I think it’s worth finding some space for it.

   I swear i vacuum weekly…. But this vacuum made it look like ALL previous never worked at all!!! I feel disgusted by how much it picked up! It feels very powerful too. I have nothing negative to say at all i think everyone should get this vacuum! I have 3 kids and 3 dogs too for reference. One of those dogs is a shepherd/lab mix so he is a shedder too.

   I don’t always write a review, but I felt this one was needed. Having had many dogs over the years (with 4 kids too).. Newfoundland, Golden’s, Beagles, and Huskies… this is the best vacuum I have EVER HAD hands down.
   I have been searching for something powerful, and this does not disappoint. I get our Huskies groomed regularly, but there is still so much fur. I use my Bissell carpet cleaner regularly to do deep cleanings, and my other vacuum does not pick up anywhere as much as this one does. I also wanted a deeper canister so I’m not emptying it every few minutes, and this it the perfect size. It does have some strong suction power which takes a little getting used too, but I love this thing (weird saying that about a vacuum).
   I did put a few photos just showing how clean it got the carpet (area rug)… and my 2 sweet furry Huskies who leave their fur everywhere.
   I did just get it so this review is based on recent purchase. I will update this in a few months… hoping it stays the same.
   By far the best vacuum I’ve ever had.

   You know you’re an adult when you’re excited about a vacuum. This vacuum makes us look filthy! My Dyson was starting to die out on me and I snagged this for Prime days. Mind you- the floors went at most a week without being vacuumed. We have 2 short haired dogs and typically vacuum every other day. This carpeting is only a couple years old, but we’ve only ever used the Dyson (couldn’t afford a new one for a while).
   This thing pulled up dirt that I didn’t even know was there. I bet my allergies will feel a whole lot better!!! This is my favorite purchase ever!!!

   Received this vacuum today and it works great! The suction was really good on both my tile and carpets. Love that there is a switch to turn on the brush roll for carpets and off for hardwood/tile so that the spinning doesn’t blow debris everywhere. The cord was long enough for me to clean my open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room without changing plugs. Of all the shark lift aways this one has the largest dust bin which is nice. So far the attachments have stayed on the accessory holders the entire time and each time I “parked” the vacuum to walk away and do something it stayed upright on its own no problem. I can’t speak to the longevity yet but I really really like this vacuum so far.

First off building the vacuum was easy then why I used it for the first time I was amazed at what it picked up and how much suction it gave. A bonus was “the lines” it gave!

   Tomorrow will be one full month that I had had the Shark NV360 Navigator Lift-Away. I was surprised by the size of the box it was delivered in, as I expected it to be quite large but the box was fairly lightweight and the vacuum was really simple to put together. I purchased this based on others reviews and my very well known brand vacuum that I had previously died a not so slow, yet still horrible death. What has exceeded my expectations is the power of this vacuum. I thought my carpets were pretty clean before but this sure proved me wrong! I haven’t emptied it yet, but it seems pretty user friendly. One thing I also noticed, and that also made my dog quite happy was that is not nearly as loud as the last vacuum. Hopefully it will continue to last for years! So far would recommend.
   UPDATE: I added videos so you can see how it sounds and works. I do wish the cord was longer and I REALLY wish it had a retractable cord. Last thing, this attachment hits my clothes sometimes and gets knocked off.

   Start with what could be improved: The cord is a little short, but not so much as to be annoying. The powerful suction makes this a little difficult to push on carpet, But that is outweighed by the performance!
   
   What impressed me most is the results. We have several pets and they have a lot of hair. We have vacuumed with our Kirby and thought it was doing okay. You can see in the photos how much hair was being left behind. This machine is lightweight and powerful!
   
   I'm only a few days into ownership so I cannot speak to durability, but my initial impression is that this is the best purchase I have made all year!

I live alone in a small unit and thought the carpet was clean. After using this, the amount of dirt and debris that it picked up is insane. It got every bit the old vacuum could not sense. I like that it does not blow debris outward when using it. It has an extended reach hose as well compared to my old bissell

   As you can see, the pile of my carpet is sort of a mini shag. It tends to mat down where I sit on my sofa. No other vac I've had over the years would fluff up that area (not even raking it worked) until now. This vac fluffs it up without much effort on my part.
   
   This vacuum can be a bit hard to push, because of the high suction. I solved that problem by loweing the suction (instructions included with the vac). My arthritic back is thankful.
   
   I also can't believe the amount of dirt this vac picks up. You'd think I never vacuumed my carpet before.
   
   If you're on the fence, try this one. All my old vacs, including a fairly new stick vac, and my old Hoover Windtunnel are heading for the trash

   OVERVIEW: This vacuum sucks so good. 😎
   
   I’m preparing my office for a new job I just took working from home. What is now my office was once my “kitties’ bedroom” — in other words, it smelt and was just dirty/hairy.
   
   No matter how hard I tried with my other vacuum, it still didn’t feel fully clean. I used baking soda to mitigate any leftover smells (which definitely helped), but it still felt and look like there was baking soda in my carpet. I vacuumed this thing like 10 times (with my old vacuum) AFTER putting the powder down.
   
   I decided it was time for a change. Thanks to pre-Prime Day-galore, I was able to order this sucker (see what I did there?) for $160. The reviews were promising so I knew it was worth trying out.
   
   If I told you I wasn’t literally watching the stops my Amazon driver was making to get to me with this thing, I’d be lying. It arrived while I was at my friend’s house and I told her I needed to leave so I could go vacuum.
   
   And boy was it worth it! This thing has the suction power of a black hole. The photos of the dust bin are after only a couple swipes over my carpet that I had already gone over with my old vacuum 10 times! It works like a breeze and I’ll be able to use it for carpets, area rugs, furniture, hardwood floors, and who knows what else!
   
   When I first turned it on, I could tell it was like driving a Lamborghini over my Toyota Prius. It can be surprising at first how much it sticks to the floor, but I fully believe that’s a good thing! I’d say after getting over that initial shock, it’s very easy to use!
   
   Assembling the vacuum was a breeze. The only fix I would recommend for Shark is to have a three-pronged plug. In my hour of vacuuming, the plug sagged out of the wall three times (I was holding that end of the cord so it wouldn’t pull out, but even the slightest tug had me plugging it back into the wall). I also wish the tubing was longer for the attachments! Even so, I’ll be using this on ALL of my furniture regularly. Last bit of feedback is that there are only two places for the attachments to be stored on the vacuum, yet three attachments. Not the hugest deal though because a lot of vacuums don’t even have a place for one attachment!
   
   SUMMARY: If you’re hesitating on buying this vacuum, don’t. It’s 100% worth every penny.
   
   Side note: the day after I ordered this vacuum, my old vacuum’s motor burned out! I got it for free from a friend a few years ago, so I wasn’t too worried. I was just laughing at the irony of it all 😆

   Positive - My Dyson died one week ago. This photo is what the Shark picked up in 35 x 30 space that had only gone one week of not being vacuumed. That is some badass suction!
   
   No idea about longevity but at this price, I know I won't be angry when it dies. My last two Dyson's only made it 5 years and 4 years, respectively. Argh.

   I vacuum daily. I have LVP and high pile carpet plus throw rugs. I’ve got 3 dogs, an Aussie who sheds daily, and kids. I have an iRobot (a joke barely picks up) 2 dysons (rollerball and cordless) that I felt that were not working as good as they should. I have spent so much time and money on vacuums as I can’t stand dog hair. Let me just say, I did a lot of research and decided on this vacuum based on Forbes best vacuum for pet hair list of 2024. Convinced shark is made for pet hair and DAILY use.
   
   Easy to put together(did it myself)
   Lightweight
   STRONG suctions
   Can go from flooring to carpet with ease
   Tools easy to use
   Easy to empty and clean
   The cord is long so can be used is larger rooms
   Be prepared to be disgusted BY HOW MUCH IT SUCKS UP.
   
   REASON FOR 4 STARS: The only issue I’m having is that it gets stuck on my area rug in my family room. That rug is a ruggable that is washable so is fairly thin. I have taken to using the hand tool for that part, but even that works so good.
   
   So glad I got this!

   So I immediately registered my shark on the shark website as the box suggests and I am glad I did! The suction on this vacuum is so intense that I was nervous it was defective because I could barely move it on my most prized area rug. I’m a strong lady. I work with power tools around my home, I do hair and blow dry peoples hair every day, I’m constantly having my arms out in front of me, and I have two German shepherd mixes that are 70 and 85 pounds who are very leash reactive. It shouldn’t be that difficult to push on the proper setting. Queue customer support call.
   When I called shark customer service, I was able to speak directly to a person! They sent me a link for a video call so they could see what was going on and kindly troubleshot the issue with me. There is a suction release valve up by the handle!! She had me turn it all the way to the lowest suction setting and I was able to use it on my thickest rug and honestly it worked even better to suck up the dog hair! And it worked beautifully on my thinner area rugs. That being said, it would not work well on any rugs even thicker than my NuLoom beauty.
   My first vacuum I purchased was a Shark. It lasted 8 years with 1-2 German Shepherd mixes! I loved it. For some reason, I went with a bissel pet upright rewind last year and it broke three times not due to user error and once completely due to user error. I just got it back from the repair shop and it lasted one and a half uses before it stopped working for the third time of its own accord, so I am VERY hopeful and excited for this Shark.
